We’re partnered with Frontier Communications and are on the hunt for a high-energy Internet Sales Associate to join our crew in Riverview. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage directly with customers to understand their digital needs and enthusiastically present Frontier's cutting-edge internet and communication services.
• Become a product expert, confidently selling a variety of internet, TV, and phone packages through dynamic, in-person interactions.
• Create a fun and memorable sales experience for every customer, ensuring they feel confident and excited about their new service.
• Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and cultivate strong customer relationships to build a lasting sales pipeline.
• Stay ahead of the curve by mastering product updates and promotions, so you're always ready to offer the best solutions.
• Accurately document all sales activities and customer information in our system with precision and care.
• Team up with fellow sales associates to share strategies, celebrate wins, and contribute to a lively and competitive team atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing training to hone your sales skills and deepen your understanding of the ever-evolving telecom industry.
