INTERNET SALES COORDINATOR / BDC REPRESENTATIVE

Auto Direct Sales & Service in Zebulon, NC is seeking 2 motivated Internet Sales Coordinators / BDC Representatives to join our growing team.

This role is the front line of our dealership’s customer experience.

You will be responsible for handling inbound internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and customer follow-up to set quality appointments that show and sell.

If you have experience in inside sales, appointment setting, call center, customer service, scheduling, hospitality, medical office, or insurance, this can be an excellent career opportunity.

Automotive experience is helpful, but not required for the right candidate.

We will train the right person.

What you’ll do

• respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries
• schedule and confirm customer appointments
• follow up with unsold customers and prior leads
• re-engage previous customers and dormant opportunities
• maintain detailed CRM notes and status updates
• work closely with sales management and sales consultants
• ensure appointments are properly confirmed before arrival
• help maximize show rate and sold appointment performance

• strong communication skills by phone, text, and email
• positive and energetic personality
• ability to build urgency and secure appointments
• excellent follow-up discipline
• strong computer and CRM skills
• prior call center / scheduling / inside sales experience preferred
• automotive BDC experience is a plus
• strong attendance and punctuality
• highly organized and self-motivated

Compensation

$40,000–$65,000+ per year

Hourly base + appointment bonuses + show bonuses + sold bonuses
