Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our reputation for outstanding service and selection.
Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on our range of automobiles, ensuring a tailored shopping experience.
• Effectively prequalify customers and collect all necessary documentation prior to scheduling visit to the dealership
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales data.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in outside sales or automobile sales is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Excellent customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of retail sales practices is an advantage.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
