Internet Sales/BDC Automotive Dealership

Patriot Subaru of North Attleboro is actively seeking experienced personnel for our Internet Sales/BDC team. We're busy and we're growing! That spells opportunity for you!

This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing person who loves to interact with customers in a positive way. Your friendly demeanor and enthusiastic attitude communicates clearly over the phone, personalized videos, texts and chats. You are eager to help the caller find the information they need, and get an appointment lined up. You are talking to people who have reached out to us, so show them what a cool person you are, and let's give them an experience to start a great relationship!

In return, you will be well compensated with a guaranteed salary plus an excellent bonus structure and benefits. Expected compensation range for this position is $55,000 - $110,000 annually. Success here leads to other opportunities in the company.

To be successful in this position, it requires good direction on our part, as well as a commitment to doing your homework to learn and be at ease talking about our products and services. One way to improve is through consistent live role-playing scenarios with fellow associates, as well as AI. We'll help coordinate both. Ultimately you will need to develop the following tools and communication skills:

• Develop enhanced knowledge about the Subaru vehicle lineup with continued training
• Learn how to access and navigate through our inventory
• Understand our warranties, sales programs, promotional events, website, personnel, and the dealership in general
• Possess intuitive computer skills - We will provide training on our system of incoming messages, and how to respond both verbally and in writing, with strong emphasis on our templates of response.
• Provide Manager with daily report on calls, appointments set, and decisions and outcomes of all prospects
• Attend training courses as directed by management. Course fees will be covered by dealership if determined to have direct impact on job enhancement
