Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Internet/Web Engineer to support enterprise systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable business solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Build and maintain model-driven and canvas applications
• Customize Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations)
• Develop C# plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript-based enhancements
• Architect and manage Dataverse data models and structures
• Implement automation workflows and system integrations (APIs, Azure services, SQL, SharePoint, third-party systems)
• Lead data migrations, integrations, and performance optimization initiatives
• Configure and manage security models and access controls
• Oversee Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes (Dev/Test/Prod environments)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and best practices
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Support production systems, including enhancements and issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• 5+ years in workflow design and implementation
• 5+ years with Power Apps
• 5+ years with MS SQL
• 5+ years with Active Directory / Azure AD
• 5+ years with PowerShell
• 5+ years with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML)
• 5+ years with Power BI
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level system architectures

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building and deploying Dynamics solution packages
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, CJIS, or similar frameworks)
