TEAM Automotive Group is looking for a results-driven and strategic Internet/Acquisition Manager to lead our digital sales and online customer engagement efforts. In this key role, you'll be responsible for growing internet sales, managing online vehicle listings, and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and online visibility.

Develop and execute internet sales strategies to drive online traffic and convert leads into sales
Manage and optimize all online vehicle listings for accuracy, relevance, and appeal
Collaborate with the marketing team on paid ads, social media, SEO, and email campaigns
Analyze digital performance metrics and customer data to identify trends and improve results
Train and support the sales team on internet lead follow-up and digital communication best practices
Maintain excellent relationships with online shoppers, ensuring a professional and seamless experience

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in internet sales or digital marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
Demonstrated success in online lead generation and customer acquisition
Hands-on experience with digital ad campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing)
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, digital listing tools, and online inventory platforms
Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, and CRM software
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
