Internship - Data and Analytics Intern
Data and Analytics Summer Intern
20 hours per week
Location: Hybrid - Bellows Falls VT
Department: IT
Reports To: Information Security & Technology Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data and Analytics Intern to join our IT team. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who’s interested in business intelligence, data analysis, and data visualization.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working with Tableau to build dashboards and reports that help answer real business questions. You’ll also collaborate across teams to support data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with teams across the company to understand business questions and data needs
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau
- Work with approved data sources and recommend improvements where appropriate
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
What You Bring

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
- Coursework or experience in Business, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus, but not required

Compensation
- Pay Range: $20 - $25/hr
