Internship – Ebook Sales Trainee

About the Role

We are a growing ebook business operating in the digital products and online client services space, working with international clients (primarily European markets). We focus on building strong client relationships, digital engagement, and scalable online sales systems. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our on-site team in Karachi and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Sales Manager in daily client engagement activities
• Communicate with European clients via calls and messages
• Handle follow-up calls with existing and potential clients
• Help in approaching and engaging new clients
• Maintain basic records of client interactions and updates
• Support team in managing communication flow and client coordination
• Follow provided guidelines while learning professional client handling

• Position: Ebook Sales Trainee (Intern)
• Job Type: Full-Time Internship (On-Site)
• Location: Karimabad, Karachi
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Gender: Male / Female
• Experience: Fresh graduates encouraged to apply (preferred)

Requirements

• Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field preferred)
• Fluent English communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with international clients
• Good or neutral accent preferred
• Basic understanding of client communication (training will be provided)
• Willingness to learn and grow in digital sales and ebook business
