Role Mission / Purpose of the Position
The Internship Fellow Consultant supports consulting teams in delivering strategy and transformation projects for public and private sector clients in the UAE. The role provides hands on exposure to project work, structured problem solving, and client interaction.
The intern will operate alongside senior consultants and leadership, contributing meaningfully to complex, high impact deliverables in a fast paced and stakeholder sensitive environment. The role requires strong analytical maturity, structured thinking, and professional discretion, while providing hands on exposure to project work and client interaction in a professional consulting setting.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Project Support
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, benchmarking, and structured data analysis
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and structured client materials
- Assist in building and refining Excel based financial models and business cases
- Contribute to structured problem solving sessions and workstream discussions
- Support preparation of workshops and client meetings
- Analytical & Content Contribution
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into clear insights and implications
- Structure ambiguous information into actionable outputs
- Assist in drafting reports, and project documents
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain disciplined project documentation
What you offer
Qualification Requirements
Technical Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields)
- Strong academic track record
- Prior consulting experience at a recognized strategy or management consulting
OR
Relevant experience in the defense or government sector
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong analytical capability with a structured, hypothesis driven problem solving mindset
- Very good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Currently based in the UAE with availability for full onsite presence
