Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant Intern to support daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals starting their careers who want to gain practical experience in a professional work environment. You will work closely with management, assisting in scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Handle emails, calls, and basic correspondence
- Assist in organizing documents and maintaining records
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Perform basic research and prepare reports or summaries
- Support daily office operations and miscellaneous tasks as needed
