Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, records, and documentation.
  • Support in onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Help in employee engagement activities and internal HR operations.
  • Coordinate with team leads for regular hiring updates.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Students or recent graduates / Pursuing(BBA/MBA in HR or any related field).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Can commit to an internship period of 3 to 6 months.
