Key Responsibilities (Internship Level):
- Support the design and development of research methodologies for retail-focused projects such as consumer behavior and market trends.
- Assist in selecting and applying basic qualitative and quantitative research techniques under guidance.
- Help in planning and executing research projects, ensuring accuracy in data collection and documentation.
- Conduct literature reviews and basic market research to identify retail trends and customer insights.
- Collaborate with teams (marketing, sales, merchandising) to understand research needs and business objectives.
- Assist in analyzing retail data (e.g., sales trends, customer preferences) using basic analytical tools.
- Contribute to preparing research reports and presentations with clear insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Research, Business, Communication, Market , Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in retail research, consumer insights, and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
