Stipend: ₹15,000/month (₹10,000 Basic + ₹5,000 Allowances)

About Skinolouur

Skinolouur, an extension of Skinovate Laser & Cosmetic Surgery Centre, is expanding its customer engagement initiatives across Pune. We are looking for enthusiastic MBA Marketing interns to join our team and gain real-time experience in counselling, marketing communication, and salon-based client conversions.

Role Overview

As an intern, you will undergo structured training in customer counselling and communication. You will be placed in one of our partner salons, where your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers and encourage them to take professional consultations with our Dermatologists and Cosmetologists.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in salon clients throughout the day.
• Present Skinolouur’s consultation services using a trained counselling pitch.
• Motivate and convert clients for dermatology/cosmetology consultations.
• Maintain daily reports and share customer insights with the team.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and professionalism at all times.

Internship Details

• Positions: 6 (MBA – Marketing students only)
• Work Locations:
• Pimple Saudagar
• Wakad
• Baner
• Aundh
• FC Road
• Lohegaon
• Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Salon-based)
• Weekly Off: Any 1 day (Mon–Fri only; No off on Sat & Sun)
• Attendance Requirement: Minimum 26 working days/month
• Duration: 3 months (compulsory completion)

Stipend

• ₹10,000 – Monthly basic
• ₹5,000 – Food, travel & telecommunication allowance
• Total Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Eligibility

• MBA – Marketing (current students or recent graduates)
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Willingness to work at salon locations
• Positive attitude, confidence & customer-friendly approach
