Internship - Office Assistant

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Assistant Intern to join our team and gain real-world experience in office administration. If you’re eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative & operational support.
  • Manage office communications by answering phones, routing calls, and responding to emails.
  • Assist with office supply management, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Help with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and materials.
  • Welcome guests and visitors with professionalism and direct them as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient office workspace.
  • Support other team members with various tasks and special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Previous experience in an office setting is a plus but not mandatory.
