What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative & operational support.
- Manage office communications by answering phones, routing calls, and responding to emails.
- Assist with office supply management, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Help with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and materials.
- Welcome guests and visitors with professionalism and direct them as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient office workspace.
- Support other team members with various tasks and special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus but not mandatory.
