Internship Program Highlights

• Fixed Stipend: PKR 10,000 – 15,000 / month
• Sales Commission: Earn extra income on every closed deal

• Training Provided: Sales techniques, client communication, CRM tools, proposal writing, international outreach

> Skills Required

• Strong command of English (written & spoken)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with clients (phone, email, video calls)
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet research, email handling)
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-driven

> Qualification Requirements

• Minimum: Matriculation (10th grade) or higher
• Fresh candidates are highly preferred – we will provide complete training
• No prior experience required

> Career Growth

• Internship → Full-time Sales Executive (on performance)
• Higher base salary + commissions after confirmation
• Long-term growth to Sales Manager for consistent achievers

> If Converted to Job:

• Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Officer
• Salary: Fixed base salary (higher than stipend) + Commissions
• Car Benefit: If sales targets are achieved for 3 consecutive months → company-maintained car assigned
• Free food continues
• Growth path to Sales Manager after 1 year (if exceeding KPIs)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month
