Internship Program - Field Application Engineer

Internship type – Full Time/ Part Time, this is an in-person internship program, and we require interns to be on-site for at least 25 hours per week (including some customer site visits)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE) Intern to join our wireless network analysis team. This unique role bridges the gap between hardware and software, offering hands-on experience in 5G/LTE field testing and full-stack web development.

As an FAE Intern, you will be the technical link between field data and our engineering insights. You will not only support wireless network evaluations but also directly enhance our internal analysis dashboard, turning complex raw data into actionable visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telecom System V&V Validation/Verification Field Support & Testing: Assist in evaluating wireless network performance (LTE / 5G NR) through active field testing and validation.
  • System Integration Product & Field Feedback: Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers to diagnose system issues, validate new features, and optimize overall performance.

Academic Requirements

  • Degree: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Relevant Coursework/Projects:
  • Knowledge of 5G protocols, RF, Antenna, NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics
  • Excellent communication and customer- facing skills

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
