Job Description:

We are offering an exciting Paid Internship Program for motivated individuals who are passionate about building a career in Sales Operations and the Hospitality Industry. This internship provides hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to real-world business operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in sales operations and customer handling

Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations

Maintain customer data using CRM systems

Conduct market research and analyze trends

Assist in social media marketing and content planning

Provide support in day-to-day hospitality operations

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Preference will be given to candidates with an educational Hospitality background from COTHM, ITHM, or institutions affiliated with the Hashoo Group

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts

Familiarity with social media platforms

Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment

Good organizational and time management skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Passion for hospitality and customer service
