Available Positions:

1. Graphic Design Intern

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, ads, and marketing creatives
• Assist in branding and visual content creation
• Work on ecommerce product creatives and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign visuals

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Understanding of design principles and creativity
• Interest in branding and social media design

2. SEO Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in keyword research and competitor analysis
• Support on-page SEO optimization
• Help improve website content and SEO structure
• Monitor website performance and SEO reports

Requirements

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts
• Knowledge of Google Search basics and keywords
• Interest in website ranking and digital marketing

3. Social Media Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media platforms
• Help create engaging content and captions
• Support in Shopify store management
• Assist in Meta Ads Manager campaigns and monitoring
• Research ecommerce trends and content ideas

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Shopify
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Basic social media content creation knowledge
• Understanding of ecommerce fundamentals

4. CSR Intern (Customer Support Representative)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and messages professionally
• Assist customers regarding orders and product information
• Maintain customer satisfaction and support quality
• Coordinate with the operations team for issue resolution

Requirements

• Good communication and conversation skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Problem-solving attitude and professional behavior
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers
