Job Description:
A proven management professional with strong property and leasing experience in Kuwait. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of its property management portfolio in Kuwait. The role will be working closely with Property Managers, tenants, vendors, and internal departments to ensure efficient administration, compliance, reporting, and tenant satisfaction across residential and commercial properties.
Core Responsibilities:
This position includes but does not limit to the following:
· Support Property Managers in the daily administration of assigned properties
· Coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal departments on property-related matters
· Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, insurance documents, approvals, and correspondence
· Assist with lease administration including renewals, notifications, documentation, and compliance tracking
· Prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance status, expenses, and general property performance
· Monitor service contracts and follow up on renewals, compliance, and documentation
· Assist in processing property-related expenses and obtaining necessary management approvals
· Coordinate maintenance requests, service schedules, and vendor access
· Ensure accurate data entry and updates within property management systems (e.g., YARDI or similar)
· Handle tenant queries professionally and escalate issues when required
· Support budgeting, tracking expenses, and basic financial reporting
· Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements
· Perform other administrative and property-related duties as assigned by management
· Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned that include assistance with general property management issues and policies including small administrative projects and tasks as assigned
· Handle emergency issues after-hours associated with properties as needed
· Any other task as required by the management
Educational Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with property management systems is an advantage
Self-Management:

· Strong interpersonal skills
· Bilingual candidate with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
· Ability to work independently, self-managed and motivated
· Ability to create budgets, track financials, and report clearly

· Maintain the highest level of integrity in carrying out the job.
· Achieve the highest levels of proficiency in all skills required to perform the role.

Job Experience:
· 2–4 years of experience in property administration, real estate, or a related administrative role in Kuwait
· Basic understanding of leasing, tenant coordination, and facilities management
· Experience in coordinating vendors and service providers is preferred
· Exposure to real estate operations within Kuwait or the GCC is an advantage
· Background in customer service, some basic knowledge of facilities, and experience in coordinating and scheduling are essential.
Language Skills:
· Bilingual candidate with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Other Requirements:
· Valid Kuwait Driving License preferred
· Transferable 18 Visa
· Willingness to occasionally support after-hours property-related coordination if required
