Role Overview

We are offering a 3-month paid internship program designed for CS/IT/SE graduates with up to 6 months of experience in ServiceNow who are eager to build their careers in a fast-growing, international environment. This role is ideal for candidates who have foundational knowledge of ServiceNow and strong communication skills to work with global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules
• Support implementation of ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow solutions
• Work on debugging, testing, and deployment tasks
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver client requirements
• Participate in client interactions and requirement gathering sessions
• Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and processes
• Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and market research
• Support proposal writing and client presentations
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams
• Identify new business opportunities and industry trend

Requirements

• 0–6 months of hands-on or academic experience with ServiceNow
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow modules
• Familiarity with JavaScript, workflows, and integrations is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
