Position: Admin Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our HR & Admin Department. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration within the perfume industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain and organize company records and documentation
- Support HR and operations in coordination and scheduling activities
- Handle correspondence, filing, and basic data entry
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Provide general support to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
