Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Support data entry and updating internal records
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing reports
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Support office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
