and are looking to hire a an ideal INTERN for Video Creation who wants to work and learn on the job, and is willing to research, co-ordinate and bring in measurable results to the project.

Job Duties:

The ideal candidate will work on projects that involve:

• Creating engaging and original content that aligns with the channel’s theme and audience.
• Collaborating closely with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas, scripts, and storylines for videos.
• Editing raw footage into polished videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, or any other suitable tool(s).
• Researching trends, popular formats, and viral content to keep the channel relevant and competitive.
• Developing video thumbnails, titles, and descriptions optimized for viewer engagement and SEO.
• Understanding YouTube analytics to measure content performance and implementing strategies to improve viewership and audience retention.
• Coordinating with other team members to ensure timely production and delivery of videos as per the content calendar.
• Staying up-to-date with YouTube trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Adaptability to creative feedback and the ability to evolve content based on changing requirements and trends.
