Epic Pain Management is a modern, fast-growing interventional pain medicine practice built around individualized, patient-centered care. With multiple locations across Texas, we provide comprehensive pain management, urgent care, and wellness services in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
We are seeking a board-certified Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) with fellowship training to join our expanding team. We welcome physicians fresh out of fellowship as well as experienced providers who are looking to grow with a practice—not just work in one.

Key Responsibilities
-
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain, including spinal, neuropathic, and accident-related conditions

Perform interventional pain procedures such as:
-
Nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablations
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
-
Utilize minimally invasive, evidence-based approaches to optimize outcomes
-
Provide same-day care for urgent patient needs when required

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation (with dedicated scribe support)

Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

Stay current with advances in pain management through continuing education
Preferred Experience
-
Experience in both clinic-based and procedure-based pain management

Interest or exposure to wellness or integrative medicine services

Requirements:
Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Fellowship training in Pain Management

Active Texas medical license

Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
