INVENTORY ACCOUTANT

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at PACT Engineering located in Sharjah. The Accountant will be responsible for daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Other responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting as assigned by senior staffs / managers.

Qualifications

• Immediate joiner
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Daily posting of received/issued inventory materials
• Experience with financial software / spread sheets
• Monitoring inventory balances and generating reports
• Ensuring accurate and timely accounting of stock transactions
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• familiar with VAT
• Oversee daily inventory transactions and reconciliation
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for accurate reporting
• Prepare inventory reports and cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Available in UAE
