Inventory Analyst for FAA Repair Station

Higher Standards Aerospace is seeking an Inventory Analyst that possesses excellent organizational skills, pays attention to detail and can maintain a clean work area for our growing and highly regulated FAA Repair Station located in Doral. This team member is responsible for managing and controlling aviation parts inventory within a regulated aerospace warehouse environment. This role ensures accurate part identification, system entry, documentation compliance, and coordination of sales order processing in accordance with FAA traceability standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and physically inspect incoming aviation parts and shipments.

• Identify part numbers, serial numbers, and associated documentation.

• Accurately input inventory data into Quantum ERP system.

• Generate internal labels and assign warehouse storage locations for inventory control.

• Maintain accurate stock records and continuous inventory expansion tracking.

• Process customer Purchase Orders by creating corresponding Sales Orders in Quantum.

• Enter detailed customer information including billing, shipping, payment method, and pricing.

• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations by preparing complete trace documentation for each sale.

• Review documentation packages, including verification of FAA Form 8130-3 when applicable.

• Coordinate with designated DAR inspector when fresh 8130-3 certification is required.

• Generate shipment records in Quantum upon payment confirmation.

• Transfer finalized parts and documentation to Shipping Department for dispatch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Experience:

• Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Required)
• quantum system (aviation industry system): 1 year (Preferred)
