We are a licensed New York adult-use cannabis dispensary seeking a tech-savvy, analytical Inventory & Delivery Manager to take full ownership of delivery dispatch, inventory control, shift support, and promotional execution.

This is an operations-first role in a highly regulated environment. We need someone who can manage systems, drivers, inventory, data, and floor operations with precision and accountability.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead all licensed delivery dispatching, route planning, manifest preparation, and chain-of-custody compliance under NYS OCM regulations
• Supervise delivery drivers, monitor performance metrics, and resolve logistical issues in real time
• Own inventory management end-to-end: intake, verification, tagging, reconciliation, cycle counts, audits, and variance control
• Maintain strict accuracy across METRC, Alleaves, and Carrot POS systems, reconciling discrepancies immediately
• Monitor shrinkage, analyze sales and inventory movement, track aging product, and support purchasing decisions
• Maintain vault controls, storage compliance, and audit-ready documentation at all times
• Execute and manage in-store promotions, loyalty/rewards programs, and promotional tracking within POS systems
• Assist with shift management, floor supervision, and enforcement of operational SOPs

Qualifications

• 2+ years in cannabis retail operations, inventory management, or delivery logistics
• Strong working knowledge of METRC and regulated cannabis compliance
• Experience with Alleaves and/or Carrot POS preferred
• Tech savvy and highly comfortable working across POS systems, data reporting, and performance analytics
• Experience managing drivers and supervising retail staff
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in New York

We are looking for an operator who treats inventory like cash, runs dispatch with discipline, and understands how promotions and rewards impact margin and compliance.
