Halberstadt’s Clothing – a premier multi-location men’s clothier known for classic, high-end style and first-class service – is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory & E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

Manage daily inventory operations across our 6 store locations using Shopify and Lightspeed POS

Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse and store teams

Track product movement, transfers, and returns

Analyze stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts

Support product tagging, labeling, and SKU management

Work closely with buying and sales teams to align stock availability with seasonal strategies

Maintain clean, well-organized stockrooms and back-of-house environments

Manage and optimize the Halberstadt’s Shopify storefront, including product listings, collections, and homepage merchandising

Oversee product uploads, descriptions, pricing, inventory syncing, and tagging

Execute online promotional strategies, sales campaigns, and homepage updates

Monitor site performance, conversion rates, and UX flow — recommending improvements based on analytics

Ensure seamless integration between Shopify POS and back-of-house inventory systems

Collaborate with marketing to align website content with email, SMS, and social media campaigns

Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with Shopify support and developers when needed
Report weekly on e-commerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, and AOV (average order value)
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of inventory or stock management experience (retail or e-commerce preferred)

Familiarity with Shopify or other POS/inventory management systems

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment

Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset

Physical ability to lift boxes (up to 40 lbs), stand for extended periods, and manage backroom logistics

2+ years experience managing an e-commerce storefront (Shopify preferred)

Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand consistency

Experience with basic graphic editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma a plus)

Understanding of SEO, product tagging, and e-commerce merchandising

Data-driven mindset — comfortable with Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and third-party apps

Ability to work cross-functionally between operations, marketing, and retail teams

Passion for men’s fashion, lifestyle branding, or luxury retail is a bonus
