WE OFFER COMPRESSED WORK WEEK:

To support work-life balance, we offer flexible scheduling once initial training is completed. Employees may choose from:

• Five 8-hour days (Monday–Friday)
• Four 10-hour days (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday)

Employees working four 10-hour days may also choose a start time of 5:00 a.m., 6:00 a.m., or 7:00 a.m.

Position Summary:

The Inventory and Materials Technician supports manufacturing operations by organizing, tracking, and preparing materials used in production. This role helps ensure parts and components are available when needed by accurately maintaining inventory, picking materials, and preparing kits for assembly. Attention to detail and organization are key to keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Pick and handle small components, wire, and hardware according to work orders and production needs

- Prepare and kit materials for assembly using basic hand tools such as wire cutters, screwdrivers, and tape measures

- Track and count inventory and enter data into the inventory system accurately

- Move parts and materials between the stockroom and the manufacturing floor to support production

- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment as needed

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

SKILL NEEDED:

- Respectful attitude with strong communication skills

- Accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail

- Experience using basic hand tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good physical condition; able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally

- Basic computer skills and comfort working with inventory systems (helpful but not required)

- Ability to read and communicate in English (Spanish-speaking team members are welcome and valued)

Hours: Standard operating hours are 7 am to 3:30 pm, M-F with voluntary overtime frequently available.

Pay Range: $16-19 based on skills and experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
