Inventory Associate

Inventory Associates play a vital role in the dispensary by ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, organized, and can remain efficient and accurate in a high-volume environment. We are looking for a Full-Time employee that can provide open availability including weekends.

Job Duties

· Fulfill customer orders with efficiency, a sense of urgency and accuracy with correct products, codes, quantities, labeling, etc.

· Operate POS system with accuracy.

· Assist management and inventory team in maintaining strict inventory controls to ensure full, comprehensive regulatory compliance.

· Assist with inventory receiving through preparation, intake, stocking and storage.

· Sort, label, stock and perform inventory audits for all products.

· Comply with all security measures and quality standards.

· Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

· Have a comprehensive knowledge of all products, the cannabis industry, and of any relevant cannabis-related subject matter.

· Demonstrate effective and positive communication with Budtenders regarding order processing, fulfillment, and product readiness.

· Maintain and contribute to a positive and welcoming environment.

· Act as a team player assisting with overall store responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications

· Must be 21 or older to apply.

· High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.

· Able to pass a Federal Background check

· Must be able to obtain a Missouri Agent ID through the Division of Cannabis Regulation

· Able to work a flexible schedule with open availability. Position is for 35-40 hours a week. Availability on evenings and weekends required.

· Familiar with inventory management systems and MS Excel.

· Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.

· Previous experience in retail or warehouse environment preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
