Inventory Associate

Position Summary

PT Reach International is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to support inventory management and operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, assisting with audits, and ensuring inventory processes are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking systems.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with audits.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
• Update inventory databases and prepare inventory reports.
• Verify inventory transactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with order fulfillment and inventory distribution activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve inventory control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or related fields preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Dependable and reliable work ethic.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Standard business hours with occasional flexibility based on operational needs.
