Inventory Associate-Never work weekends!!!

We're a family-owned e-commerce company in Gilbert, Arizona, looking for a dedicated Inventory Associate to join our team! If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and experience in a fast-paced, highly organized warehouse environment, we want to hear from you.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What you'll do: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Perform inventory cycle counts and bay audits.
• Receive, stow, and merge pallets as needed, ensuring no pallets are left on the floor.
• Assist in the shipping department as needed, preparing orders for shipment.
• Work with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Proofs of Delivery (PODs).
• Utilize your common math knowledge for various inventory tasks.
• Input and manage data using our Oodoo system.
• Communicate effectively with the back team using our in-house Basecamp app.
• Strictly adhere to all safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, embodying the principle "a place for everything and everything in its place."
• Report Damages
• Schedule pickups

What you'll bring:

1-2 years of experience in warehouse inventory management, with a strong focus on organization.

• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Familiarity with inventory best practices, including cycle counting and bay auditing.
• Understanding of BOLs and PODs.
• Basic to intermediate math skills.
• Experience with Oodoo or similar inventory management software.
• Proficiency in Google Docs.
• Ability to use communication platforms like Basecamp.
• E-commerce experience is a plus!
• Must be able to wear steel-toed boots (required for this position).
• A strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with an emphasis on maintaining a tidy workspace.
