Job Description

We are hiring a Tele caller & Inventory Collector for our real estate brokerage in Dubai. The role involves calling property owners, collecting fresh sales and rental inventory, and coordinating with the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling property owners and landlords
• Collecting fresh real estate inventory (sales & rentals)
• Verifying property details and availability
• Following up with owners for listings and exclusivity
• Updating inventory records accurately
• Sharing active listings with the sales team
• Maintaining daily call and inventory reports

Requirements

• Foreigner preferred
• Excellent English communication with a good accent (mandatory)
• Experience in real estate tele calling or inventory collection
• Strong phone confidence and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market
• Target-driven and comfortable with cold calling
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Own valid UAE visa required
