- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
- Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments. Put inventory in proper bin locations.
- Process inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns.
- Start, monitor, and close assembly builds in Quickbooks, ensuring accurate component consumption and finished goods reporting.
- Prepare inventory reports and analyze inventory data.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure inventory storage areas are organized and comply with company standards.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
- Follow company safety procedures and inventory control policies.
- Must be able to read, count and lift 50lbs.
