Inventory Clerk

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or overstock situations.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
  • Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments. Put inventory in proper bin locations.
  • Process inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns.
  • Start, monitor, and close assembly builds in Quickbooks, ensuring accurate component consumption and finished goods reporting.
  • Prepare inventory reports and analyze inventory data.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure inventory storage areas are organized and comply with company standards.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
  • Follow company safety procedures and inventory control policies.
  • Must be able to read, count and lift 50lbs.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
