Job Description:
Inventory Analyst(s) will track, analyze, research, reconcile, and report to Inventory/Purchasing Manager all resolved and
unresolved inventory variances outside of accepted tolerances for: raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods.
Monitor and report inventory levels at all locations (including satellite sites) and optimize inventory settings, to identify
aged/excess and opportunities for better utilization, re-positioning. Maintain greater than 98% inventory accuracy. Develop key
metrics and reports for daily/weekly/monthly work process. Lead continuous improvement projects for inventory team. Lead
strategic analysis to support inventory reduction/optimization initiatives. Maintain accurate inventory in Great Plains and Syspro.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Continuous analysis of inventory usage and balances for all products within the NATOLI portfolio.
- Prepare and conduct daily and weekly cycle-count audits in a timely manner
- Ability to count in a warehouse environment with strong mathematical skills.
- Perform root causes of the errors and execute correct system transactions to reconcile and resolve variances
- Summarize root causes, resolved variances and executed solutions
- Ability to identify inventory issues and develop/implement solutions to meet dept. and corporate objectives
- Identify all inventory in WIP (work in progress) has been transacted correctly
- Lead, organize and execute yearly physical inventory at all locations
- Assist material handling with cycle counting and audits when necessary
- Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with SOP’s
- Ensure that KPI metrics are maintained and reported daily/weekly/monthly for the following: stock outs, stock accuracy, inventory
turnover rate, optimal stock levels and discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures to assure compliance with corporate requirements. Resolve any issues and account
for highlighting any potential issues, opportunities to management, when appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience with ERP, MRP systems and report writing software
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, CPIM/APICS/Six Sigma certification a plus
- Proven ability to reduce or eliminate stock out situations, improve stock accuracy, optimize inventory turnover rate, maintain optimal
stock levels, minimize discrepancies.
- Strong analytical, root cause and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions that facilitate information sharing and decision
making while providing a solution
- Advance proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL are required
- Ability to lead and mentor while achieving positive results.
- Solid business acumen and effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of Syspro and Great Plains is preferred not required.
- Effective inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written
EXPERIENCE
- 4-6 years’ experience in inventory management and supply chain environment with manufacturing experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift, pull, push, or carry several types of light weight files or tools (approximately 1-10 pounds) and process accordingly
- Ability to sit at a desk using a computer for eight or more hours per day
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and walk as required throughout the work day to accomplish various tasks
