Inventory Control Associate
Job Overview: As a Warehouse Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accuracy and integrity of inventory within the warehouse. This role involves implementing inventory control processes and collaborating with various departments to optimize warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Resolution:
- Maintain inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking of all products.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain quality standards for incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve quality issues.
Technology Utilization:
- Utilize inventory management systems and technology to track and manage inventory levels.
- Optimize the use of barcode scanning systems and other tools.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Use best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and trends.
- Provide insights to management for decision-making and strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of inventory control processes.
- Work closely with purchasing to optimize reorder points and quantities.
Customer Service:
- Work with customer service teams to address inquiries related to inventory availability and order fulfillment.
- Ensure on-time and accurate order picking to meet customer expectations.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with inventory-related regulations, including safety standards and industry-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to address compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar role within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.0 – 40.0 per week
