Summary:
Key Requirements:
The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for assisting in maintaining accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped. He/She must ensure the inventory is accurately reflected.


    Maintain inventory records

  • Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties

  • Assist with annual inventories

  • Make inventory adjustments as necessary

  • Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective or damaged product

  • Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records

  • Coordinate annual physical inventory procedures

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management


Key Responsibilities:


    6 months warehouse and inventory experience preferred

  • Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules

  • Ability to perform simple math calculations

  • Ability to operate various office equipment as needed

  • Ability to operate spreadsheet software applications preferred

  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with Team Members and/or customers

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift

  • Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude

  • Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
