Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented FASTag Inventory & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end FASTag inventory and operational processes. The role involves coordination with banks, maintaining accurate inventory records, FASTag mapping, dispatch management, and ensuring smooth handling of FASTag stock from ordering to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with partner banks for ordering FASTag stock
  • Maintain an accurate inventory database of available FASTags
  • Track inward and outward movement of FASTag stock
  • Monitor stock levels and raise replenishment requests on time

FASTag Mapping & Tracking

  • Ensure proper FASTag mapping as per process guidelines
  • Maintain records of mapped, unmapped, issued, and available FASTags
  • Reconcile inventory data with system records regularly

Dispatch & Logistics

  • Prepare FASTags for dispatch with proper packing standards
  • Coordinate courier dispatches and maintain shipment details
  • Track deliveries and ensure confirmation of receipt
  • Handle returns or delivery discrepancies, if any

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with bank representatives for inventory, mapping, and operational queries
  • Work closely with internal sales and support teams
  • Ensure timely resolution of inventory-related issues

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily and monthly inventory reports
  • Ensure all documentation related to FASTag issuance and dispatch is properly recorded
  • Support audits and compliance requirements related to inventory

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • Preferred Experience in inventory, logistics, or operations (FASTag / banking / fintech experience is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel / inventory tracking tools
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and process adherence
