Where You’ll Work…
This role is based at our Canal Street facility in Milwaukee, WI.

What You’ll Do…
As the Warehouse Inventory Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring inventory accuracy. You will monitor cycle count completion, support cycle counters with scheduling and PTO needs, and report inventory results to the Warehouse Inventory Manager and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate inventory counts to prevent production downtime and missed orders.
  • Engage with and oversee cycle counters to drive involvement and accountability.
  • Report findings, discrepancies, and opportunities with strong communication and listening skills.
  • Identify and report damages, ensuring QA procedures are followed.
  • Track counts, training, and task completion; communicate successes and areas of concern to leadership.

When You’ll Work…
This is a full-time position primarily on 1st shift, with flexibility required to support all shifts as needed.

  • 1st shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  • 2nd shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  • 3rd shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

What You’ll Bring…

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of warehouse experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership/supervisory role preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in cold (40°F) and freezer (-10°F) environments.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse safety, compliance, and inventory principles.
