Inventory Control Manager

Our client is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory operations, ensure accuracy, and drive process improvements across our warehouse environment. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory integrity, managing reporting and analysis, and coaching teams to foster accountability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise inventory control team and daily operations
• Manage inventory processes, reporting, and exception handling
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliation
• Analyze data, identify root causes, and implement improvements
• Partner with operations, security, and leadership on key initiatives
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance standards
• Drive inventory accuracy, quality assurance, and loss prevention programs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inventory experience (2+ in leadership)
• Background in distribution, 3PL, or high-volume warehouse environment
• WMS experience required (SAP preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Combination of warehouse floor and office setting
• Ability to work extended hours as needed
