Inventory Control Personnel – Rancho Cucamong

Paramount Logistics Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Control Personnel to join our Rancho Cucamonga warehouse team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth warehouse operations, and effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will maintain precise stock records, investigate discrepancies, and support day-to-day inventory processes with accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
• Maintain accurate records within the inventory management system
• Coordinate with receiving and shipping teams to ensure data accuracy
• Ensure all products are properly labeled, organized, and stored
• Perform daily tasks to support inventory organization and upkeep
• Assist with inventory-related reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations (1+ year preferred)
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
• Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
