Responsible for tracking the Health Systems assets across multiple locations and maintaining a detailed and accurate record of the assets.
Manage inventory tracking system to reflect additions, transfers and disposal or the Health Systems assets.
Communicate and coordinate with other departments to conduct physical inventory count.
Lead physical inventory count of all Health Systems assets every two years.
Tag assets and enter warranty information into inventory tracking system upon arrival.
Assist with the maintenance employee’s driver’s licenses.
Develop and implement new processes to simplify asset tracking.
Assist with the preparation and coordination of vehicles and equipment for auction.
Responsible for maintaining the Health Systems surplus inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of inventory management principles, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
Knowledge of safety regulations, and compliance requirements related to storage and handling of materials.
Effective oral and written communication.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
Ability to analyze trends in usage and anticipate future inventory needs.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and technologies in a dynamic work environment.
Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend or kneel for long periods of time.
Prolonged sitting, standing, or walking; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, and stooping; good finger dexterity and sensory perception; frequent repetitive motions; as well as talking, hearing, and visual acuity are required.
