The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the returning fleet is off-loaded and staged for next day in a safe and efficient manner. Scanning product to ensure JK Logix and its customers remain compliant.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare for incoming orders based on the daily pickup calendar.
• Audit customer totes from the previous night to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in investigations related to missing packages and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Coordinate and oversee the organized unloading of all returning trucks.
• Complete inbound processing, including inventory scanning and verification.
• Stage orders in designated areas in alignment with established policies and procedures.
• Update the PM Report, documenting issues, discrepancies, and daily rejection counts.
• Communicate operational issues to management promptly and professionally.
• Print manifests as required, including those related to rejections or special handling.
• Conduct a final end‑of‑shift walkthrough to ensure:
• Orders are staged correctly
• Customer areas are clearly marked
• Boxes and totes are properly labeled
• All closing procedures have been fully completed
• Secure the inventory area in accordance with company security protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Interpersonal Skills are essential – working as a team is important to an organized warehouse

· Excellent Problem-Solving Skills

· Customer Service mentality – ensures care of our customers items

· Excellent Critical Thinking Skills

· Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75lbs

Additional Requirements:

· Must be 21+

· Must not be employed by any other cannabis company.

· Must not have been convicted of a felony in the last 5 years

· Must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving a controlled substance in the last 5 years

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
