Duties and Responsibilities:¬
- Correctly completing location and cycle counts. Handle special projects through completion.
- Maintain box aisle.
- Accurately perform location counts daily.
- Find any missing material. Provide extensive research and explanation on any material not found.
- Print, run query and count material for the SAP cycle count
- Keep warehouse organized.
- Re-barcode boxes and maintains condition report of box aisle.
- Complete special projects as needed.
- Check the barcodes for accuracy.
- Assist Order Picker/handler when time permits.
- Move barcoded racks and barcoded boxes from the barcode office to their locations and enter them into the computer inventory using our barcode equipment.
- Initiates investigations into cause of damages or shortages of finished products for freight or insurance.
- Conducts periodic inventory audits and reconciles physical counts.
- All other duties as assigned.

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient computer skills required
- At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations with inventory handling preferred
- Ability to obtain forklift and crane certification
Organizational Relationship:
- Reports directly to Shipping Supervisor
- Collaborates with all departments
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work extended hours as business needs dictate
- Must be able to move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to ascend or descend ladders and stairs and the like
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, push, pull for extended periods of time, occasionally kneeling and bending
Experience
Required- 2 - 5 years: Micorsoft Excel/Spreadsheet
