Inventory Controller

Role Summary

• Ensure end-to-end hygiene, accuracy, and SLA compliance across SO → MR → PO

→ GRN → SI workflow.

• Own daily updates, vendor coordination, and fulfilment decisioning (Pick List vs MR).
• Drive system discipline as per SO/MR/PO Hygiene SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Sales Orders for pricing, GST, fulfilment strategy (MTS/MTO).
• Create Pick Lists or Material Requests with correct dates and linkage.
• Maintain PO hygiene (ETA, vendor acknowledgement ≤24h, invoice linkage).
• Run daily hygiene huddle and weekly hygiene hour.
• Work saved filters: PO–Past Due ETA, MR–Approved Unserved, SO–Past Due

Delivery.

• Publish weekly hygiene scores.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years in inventory/purchase operations.
• Strong ERP experience
• Excel proficiency: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, ageing formulas.
• Commercial literacy: GST, PPV, cost avoidance, TCO. (Basic understandings)

Preferred Education

• BCom/BBA/BE/Equivalent; MBA optional
