Location: Dubai, Al quoz 3

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Controller to manage, monitor, and optimize our inventory levels. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and support smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouse locations.
• Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits.
• Identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records and investigate root causes.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to manage stock flow.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely documentation.
• Prepare inventory reports and share insights with management.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials.
• Assist in improving inventory processes and minimizing stock variances.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Inventory Controller, Storekeeper, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in [ retail / logistics / relevant industry].
• Knowledge of stock control best practices.
• Basic understanding of supply chain and warehouse operation
