Inventory Controller

Four Stars Ceramic & Sanitary is looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have experience handling warehouse operations related to ceramic building materials (excluding tiles) and maintaining organized stock movement and material control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control warehouse stock movement
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
• Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding receiving and dispatch of goods
• Organize and arrange ceramic building materials, accessories, and spare parts properly
• Conduct stock checking and reconciliation
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
• Coordinate with different departments regarding stock requirements
• Prepare reports related to stock movement and warehouse activities
• Perform other assigned duties as required by management

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum experience in warehouse inventory control and material handling
• Experience in ceramic building materials
• Experience using warehouse/inventory software, preferably Zoho
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Zoho system is highly preferred
• Knowledge of accessories, sanitary products, and spare parts is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
• Energetic, hardworking, and willing to perform other assigned tasks
• Must be able to speak Hindi & English
