Key Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels daily, ensuring adequate inventory to fulfill store sales and operational needs.
- Inventory Auditing: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories, reconciling real-time quantities with warehouse management systems.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate stock variances, damaged goods, and losses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions with management approvals.
- Replenishment: Analyze sales trends and lead times to generate accurate purchase orders and manage reorder points.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory platform and generate inventory valuation reports for management.
Core Requirements
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of inventory software, barcode scanning technologies, and Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to forecast demand, identify trends, and analyze supply chain data.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in recording, counting, and organizing goods.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with procurement team, store staffs and warehouse staff.
Education & Experience
- Education: A diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued.
- Experience: 1–3 years of previous experience in warehouse operations, stock control, or supply chain logistics.
Note: Candidate should be available for interview in Qatar and below age 35.
Pay: From QAR3,800.00 per month
