Key ResponsibilitiesA. Inventory Management
- Stock Control & Optimization:
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, obsolescence, and damage.
- Conduct regular stock audits (cycle counts, annual physical inventory) and ensure accuracy in records.
- Demand Forecasting & Planning:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to forecast demand.
- Use historical data and trends to plan inventory requirements.
- Warehouse & Storage Management:
- Ensure efficient warehouse layout and storage practices.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, turnover ratios, aging stock, and fill rates.
- Analyze data to identify issues and recommend improvements.
B. Procurement & Purchasing
- Sourcing & Vendor Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers/vendors.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve cost savings and quality assurance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and conduct vendor performance reviews.
- Purchase Order Management:
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in alignment with inventory needs and budget.
- Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Assist in developing the procurement budget.
- Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
