This role owns the system of record for the business.
Our ERP system reflects what the company owns, where it is, and what is happening operationally.
If it is wrong or out of date, the business makes bad decisions. This role ensures it is accurate and complete at all times.
This is a hands-on operations role in a startup environment. Processes will evolve and priorities will shift.
If you prefer highly structured roles where everything is already defined, this is not the right fit.
What You’ll Own
You will own inventory and ERP accuracy end-to-end.
If inventory is incorrect, missing, or not aligned with physical reality—or if transactions are incomplete or delayed—this role is responsible for identifying the issue and fixing it.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Creating and managing work orders based on confirmed demand
- Entering and maintaining all ERP transactions (POs, WOs, inventory movements, transfers, finished goods)
- Tracking inventory across the facility and 3PL
- Reconciling usage, yields, waste, and variances per production run
- Coordinating with warehouse and production to ensure system matches physical inventory
- Executing and documenting inventory transfers
- Identifying discrepancies and driving them to full resolution
You are responsible for ensuring system accuracy—not just entering data.
What This Role Is Like
- Primarily office-based, with occasional hands-on support (~20% of time)
- Fast-paced with multiple priorities at once
- Requires high attention to detail and consistency
- You will be expected to identify issues and resolve them without being asked

- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing control of data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-location inventory
- Experience tracking yields, waste, and production variances
- Familiarity with lot tracking and traceability
